Žilvinas Beržanskas.
Lawyer. In 1992 graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Law. In 1993-1997 he was working as an adviser in trade companies. In 1997 he became assistant lawyer and in 1998 – lawyer. His fields of specialization include commercial law, enterprise law, investments, bankruptcy of enterprises, real estate transactions, banking, securities, tax law, administrative law, criminal law.
Eduardas Džavachidis.
Lawyer. In 1992 graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Law. In 1993-1995 he was employed as a lawyer in Lithuanian-Greek company. In 1995 he became assistant lawyer and in 1998 – lawyer. His fields of specialization include commercial law, enterprise law, investments, contracting, securities, real estate and construction, debt administration, representation in the institutions of dispute resolution.
Vaidotas Vaičius.
Lawyer. In 1992 graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Law with distinction. He did internship in University of Oslo (1990), in the Hague Academy (1992), in Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (1993), in International Institute for the Unification of Private Law in Rome (1993). In 1992-1995 he was a consultant of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on foreign affairs. In addition, in 1992 – 1999 he was an assistant at the department of International and Comparative Law of Faculty of Law at Vilnius University. In 1996-1999 he worked as an independent lawyer: he consulted insurance companies and banks. In 1999 he became lawyer. His fields of specialization include commercial law, enterprise law, banking, securities, insurance, leasing, private international law.
